This piece was hand drawn in Virtual Reality, textured and arranged in Blender. Video feedback captures from vintage video hardware were used to animate the work. The piece uses older and newer technology to create a screensaver that is a nod to both the past and the future.

Sky Goodman is a multi-media artist, poet, and educator living in Chicago, IL. Sky’s formal training is in poetry and has background of teaching Glitch Art, Film Studies, and Creative Writing to high school and college students. Currently they work full time as an artist, with a deep interest in merging obsolete and emergent tech into their scapes and worlds. Fashion, sneaker culture, video games, and landscape painting are a few passions that inform Sky’s work.
